Breakfast Smoothie with Bitters

Bitters aren't just for cocktails! You can even add them to your morning smoothie for a burst of healing plant goodness. We especially like our Citrus Medica bitters for morning smoothies, as they're designed to help detoxify essential organs such as the skin and liver. What a great start to the day!

 

Ingredients:

- 1 banana

- 2 tablespoons peeled ginger root

- 1 cup spinach

- 2 cups fresh orange juice

- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 2 cups fresh water

- a few shakes of DRAM Citrus Medica or Black Bitters

   

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a vitamix or blender, blend until smooth. :)
