DRAM Apothecary was inspired by the idea that the inclusion of bitter herbs into our everyday diet is essential for vibrant health and agreeable digestion. We believe that bitters can lend themselves to the indulgence of classic cocktails and digestive benefits alike, be they enjoyed in a Manhattan or a simple cup of tea.

Summer days are spent gathering wild Colorado herbs which are then paired with exotic organic barks, berries, flowers and roots to create a supremely special family of bitters.
